Cookies

This page is published by VanelMedia LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company founded by Vanel NZEH. Registered agent: Northwest. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Questions go to [email protected]. It covers vanelmedia.com only. Login cookies inside VanelMedia OS, if they exist on a later product surface, will be described in that product — not hidden here.

What this site stores on your machine

Nothing of its own. vanelmedia.com sets no first-party cookie, no advertising tag and no social widget. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and does not track you as a person. The pages are files served at the edge by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The CMS behind them runs on Hetzner Online GmbH. There is nothing on these public pages that follows you from site to site.

The one exception

The contact form may be protected by an anti-spam check. When it is, that provider sets a cookie strictly necessary to telling a person from a robot — nothing more, and it is not used for advertising. A cookie strictly necessary to a service you asked for does not require a banner, which is why you are not being asked to click one.

Why there is nothing to configure here

A consent banner exists to obtain permission for things that need permission. Nothing on this public site needs it. Putting a banner up anyway would ask you to accept something that does not happen. If VanelMedia LLC ever adds a cookie that requires consent, this page will say so before it appears, and the choice will be a real one.

What this is not

  • It is not a description of Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or X cookies set after a campaign goes live. Those platforms have their own notices. Human signs spend before any of that traffic is bought.
  • It is not a description of session cookies on the VanelMedia OS workspace. That product is not this site.
  • Messages sent to [email protected] or through the form are not stored in a cookie. How that data is kept is on /privacy.

What your browser keeps anyway

Its own cache: the pages, the fonts and the images, kept so that a second visit is faster. That is the browser's doing, not ours, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

Changes

The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. Any addition of a cookie would appear here first. New Mexico law governs this notice the same way it governs /terms.
