These terms govern vanelmedia.com, published by VanelMedia LLC. They replace the draft placeholders that used to sit on this page. They are not a substitute for a signed statement of work. If something here conflicts with a written agreement signed by Vanel NZEH, the signed agreement wins.

Who publishes this site

VanelMedia LLC builds an AI-powered marketing operating system for agencies — strategy to execution, measurement and optimization. Brand memory so the next campaign is not a guess. This site describes that work. It is not itself the product login.

Who hosts it

The pages you are reading are served at the edge by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The content management system and application backend run on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The public site can stay online when the CMS does not.

What these terms cover

They govern your use of this site and of every page under vanelmedia.com. Using the site means accepting them as they read on the day of your visit. They do not govern a live campaign, a paid test, or access to VanelMedia OS. That work is set by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over this page.

Using the site

The site is here to be read, and to let you reach us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it without asking. Four things we ask you not to do:

• Reach for any part of the site, its servers, the CMS or the OS that is not openly published.
• Harvest it automatically — scraping, mirroring, bulk downloading — beyond what a search engine does.
• Use the contact form for prospecting or bulk sending. A person at VanelMedia LLC reads every message that arrives.
• Present the site or its contents as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

What belongs to whom

The texts, photographs, films, layouts, typography and code of this site remain the property of VanelMedia LLC or of those who licensed them to us. Client work shown here belongs to the clients who commissioned it and appears with their agreement. Brand memory, campaign packs, talent locks and Higgsfield stills produced under a signed engagement belong as that engagement says. Nothing on this page transfers any of it to you.

What the site does not promise

We keep the site accurate, and we correct what is pointed out to us. We do not promise that it is complete, free of error, or available without interruption. Nothing here is advice, an offer, or a commitment to a price or a date. VanelMedia OS does not auto-push spend into Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or X. A human at the agency or at VanelMedia LLC signs spend before money moves. That law lives in the product and in the signed agreement, not in a button on this page.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to sites we do not run — ad platforms, hosting dashboards, journal sources. They are there for convenience and are not an endorsement. Once you follow one, that site's terms apply, not these.

Personal data

What we collect when you write to [email protected] or use the form, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it corrected or erased is set out at /privacy, which forms part of these terms. The message you send is kept so that we can answer it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookie of its own and carries no advertising tag. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. Where an anti-spam check is enabled on the contact form, its provider may set a cookie strictly necessary to that check. Anything beyond this will be stated at /cookies before it happens.

Liability

VanelMedia LLC answers for damage caused by its own fault, to the extent New Mexico law allows. We do not answer for use of the site contrary to these terms, for an interruption of Cloudflare or Hetzner, or for a site we merely link to. Nothing here limits a liability that New Mexico law does not permit to be limited.

Changes

These terms will change. The version that applies is the one published here on the day of your visit. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute arising from this site will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. That clause does not take away a right a consumer statute gives you in your place of residence.
