Privacy policy
This page describes how VanelMedia LLC handles personal data on vanelmedia.com. It replaces the draft brackets that used to sit here. It covers the public site and the contact form. Campaign data, ad-account tokens and brand memory inside VanelMedia OS are handled under the signed agreement for that work, not under this page alone.
Who is responsible
VanelMedia LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Founder: Vanel NZEH. Registered agent: Northwest. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Questions go to [email protected]. We have not appointed a separate data protection officer. Vanel NZEH answers in person.
What we collect
Three things on this site, and nothing else. There is no advertising tag, no profiling, and nothing that follows you from one site to another.
- What you write in the contact form or to [email protected]: your name, your email address, and — if you fill them in — your company, a budget range and your message. The date of arrival is recorded with it.
- Technical logs kept by Cloudflare and by Hetzner: the IP address of the request, the browser it announces, the page asked for, and the time. They are written automatically and read only when something breaks.
- Visit counts, through Cloudflare Web Analytics: the page viewed, the page you came from, your country, and the kind of device and browser. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you as a person — we only ever see totals.
Why, and on what footing
Your message is processed so that we can answer it — steps taken at your request before any contract. The technical logs are kept for the security and the good working order of the site, and the visit counts tell us which pages are read. Neither is used to identify anyone or to train a model on your message.
How long we keep it
- Messages: 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. A message that becomes a project is kept under the contract instead.
- Technical logs: about 30 days at the host, then rotated out.
- Visit counts: totals only, kept by Cloudflare for the retention period of its Web Analytics service.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that make the site work, and only for that. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the pages at the edge, counts the visits, and stores the images. Hetzner Online GmbH runs the content management system and its database. Mail sent to [email protected] is carried by the mail provider attached to that address. None of them is licensed to use your data for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
The public pages and images are served from Cloudflare's network. The CMS and its database sit on Hetzner. That means a message you send can be stored in the European Union even though VanelMedia LLC is a New Mexico company. Ask [email protected] if you need the current region for a specific record.
What you can ask for
Access to your data, its correction, its erasure, a limit on its use, an objection to its use, and a copy in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and for no other reason than that.
If our answer does not satisfy you, a New Mexico resident may contact the New Mexico Attorney General. A visitor in the European Union may also complain to their local supervisory authority. You do not have to go through us first.
Automated decisions
None are taken on this site. A message you send here is read by a person. Inside VanelMedia OS, agents can research, draft and recommend. They cannot launch a campaign, change a live campaign or move budget. The Human Agent signs spend. Simulation in the Consumer Field can KEEP, REWRITE or KILL a creative. It cannot spend. Nothing you type into this public form is used to train those agents.
Changes
This page will change. The version that applies is the one published here on the day of your visit. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
